Shortly before the release of the Gamecube in September 2001, Nintendo distributed a promo mini CD-ROM to various retailler. It was given away to customer in an attempt to to hype up their new console and advertise their launch title. This mini CD-ROM came in a sleeve looking like a Gamecube (1:1 dimension to show how small it was going to be) and was suprisingly not a DVD-Video disc.

Here's an old Clip Art bundle CD-ROM straight from 1996. Before the internet was in every home, it was harder for people to find crappy graphics to put into their word documents and powerpoint presentation, so some companies started selling those CD-ROM bundle filled with crappy cat graphics, american flag and other random things people might look for to spruce up their documents. I am not completly sure when it got released but I would say around 1996 if I refer myself to the CD file creation date.

This is a scan of the Sega Master System model 1 console instruction manual. This is the bilingual English-French Canadian version distributed with the Irwin Electronics bundle. I could not find this one online, so here's for posterity.
